The service

Outmora lets you configure a custom logo or text mesh sports cap on /design with two fulfillment paths. Instant Buy: your 3D preview (uploaded logo or typed text) is treated as production artwork; you pay with PayPal after placing the order — no email proof cycle. Proof First: customize → we email a digital proof → you approve → PayPal. Prices for qty 1–5 are all-in shipped unit prices ($39.99 standard; Express $59.99), with ~15 days door-to-door (production + transit) or Express ~10 days door-to-door (production + transit). Qty 6–99 uses the live quote and Express is available. 100–499: ~22 days. 500–999: ~25 days. 1000–4999: ~28 days. 5000+: ~35 days. Standard shipping only.

Artwork & text marks

You confirm you own or have rights to any logo, artwork, or typed text you apply. You grant us a limited license to use that mark to fulfill your order. You are responsible for trademark clearance. Instant Buy locks the on-screen 3D placement as the production reference. Uploading or ordering marks you do not have rights to may result in cancellation without refund of production costs already incurred, and may be subject to the DMCA process below.

DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Outmora respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on outmora.com (including a customer-uploaded logo or text mark used in a custom order preview or listing) infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our Designated Agent.

Your notice should include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (order reference, URL, or screenshot); (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously—typically within 24 hours during business days—to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and we may notify the relevant user. Repeat infringers may have accounts or upload privileges terminated. Counter-notification procedures under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) are available; contact the Designated Agent for instructions.

This policy is intended to qualify for the safe-harbor provisions of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Trademark complaints that are not copyright claims may also be sent to the same email; we will review and may remove material at our discretion.

Proofs, payment & production

Proof First logo/text orders: production follows proof approval and PayPal. Instant Buy: PayPal after place order, using the 3D preview as the art reference. Color, placement, and decoration may vary slightly from on-screen previews. We send a photo before ship for all custom caps.

US only

This storefront is intended for customers shipping within the United States. We may decline requests outside that scope.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Outmora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delays in proof, payment, or production. Our total liability for a given order is limited to amounts you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, as applied in Yiwu, Zhejiang, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The operating entity is Yiwu Outmora (乌礼恒进出口有限公司).
