Custom products
Caps decorated with your logo or typed text are made to order after PayPal (and after proof approval on Proof First). Because they are personalized, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size preference after approval, or buyer’s remorse.
Before production
Proof First: you may cancel before you approve the email proof and before PayPal. Instant Buy: you may cancel before PayPal and before production begins. If you have not been charged, there is nothing to refund.
Defects & errors
If we ship a product with a quality problem or a craft defect, or it materially differs from the approved Instant 3D preview or Proof First proof (wrong colorway, missing decoration, damaged goods), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will remake it free or refund you.
