Step 2 — Send your artwork and receive the proof
For logo caps, submit your logo. Outmora returns a digital proof.
Check placement, size, and method on the proof. Heat transfer read differently.
Step 3 — Approve the proof
Reply with your approval. Production starts only after this step, not before.
Step 4 — Production, then shipping
Heat transfer runs on the approved artwork. Then the cap leaves for your US address.
Expect 7–14 business days after proof approval. Transit time is separate from that window.
